Normal: It is OK to have a mobile uterus or a very mobile uterus, does not mean good or bad. It is unusual to have a 9mm thick endometrium on cycle day 3, so depending upon what symptoms prompted the ultrasound, further follow up may be necessary. This is itself does not mean pregnancy, certainly doing a pregnancy test may help resolve the situation.

What does it mean?Result of pelvic us today A bulky and gravid anteverted uterus is seen with uniform endometrial echotexture. A single, double wall, gestational sac is noted within the uterine cavity with no fetal pole nor yolk sac seen at 10 weeks.
Recent ultrasound scan showed I have a retroverted/ tilted uterus. I know some people can be born with this however my uterus was anteverted in 2015 and 2017 scans. What would cause it to change to retroverted? No fibroids, not pregnant. Thanks?
