Possibilities: In addition to pain management, especially if it's not helping, i would talk to your surgeon about getting new imaging. I would consider getting dynamic xrays to rule out any new instability. I don't know if MRI would add much if you aren't having leg symptoms.

Possible Tx: The diagnostic block should tell you if the facet are the issue. If so, rhizotomy or rfa will be the right tx. Otheriwse consider new MRI to evaluate.
