No: Latanoprost, the generic name for xalatan, must be refrigerated to avoid breakdown of the molecule. Xalatan, but not generic latanoprost, can be left at room temperature for up to a month. There has been a lot of issues with generic latanoprost; so this is a drug that you must insist in getting the name-brand.
