Not till 21: The USPST recommends Pap test once every 3-5 year for women 21-65. They no longer recommend a yearly test. However, they also recommend women younger than 25 who are sexually active get screened for sexually transmitted diseases even if they do not engage in high risk activity. Pap is easy you sit in a chair and a speculum gently inserted/opened and a sample taken by your OB/GYN. Good luck.
