What can i expect during the first ob pelvic exam?

Depends: If you have not had an exam within the year you will have a pap and tests for stds. The exam assesses your pelvis, size of the uterus and also rules out ovarian enlargement or other pelvic pathology. If you have not had a rectal exam within the year, you will have that too.
