Just treat dry eyes: And the rest of your symptoms will resolve. There really is no way to increase tear flow. Replacement of tear deficiency is what you need to do. The best drops are: refresh, systane and blink. Try any one of these as needed for dry eyes.

Increase tear film: To increase your tear film, consider Restasis or punctal plugs. Go see your eye doctor.
