No: Blood viscosity can be much more affected by dehydration than by propanolol or fluoxetine. Make sure you're drinking plenty of fresh water -- at least half your body weight in ounces daily. For instance, if you weigh 200 pounds, drink at least 100 ounces of water/day. Alcohol and soft drinks don't count!
