Healthy Diet: At your age you do not need any supplements.You should eat a well balanced diet consisting of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, meat/poultry/fish, nut, eggs, low fat diary products including low fat milk and avoid inactivity and obesity.Dont drink alcohol in excess, no drugs and don't smoke.You will do well and have a bright future ahead of you.
