Yes: Several studies prove magnesium can prevent migraine headaches. I recommend 400 mg/day of magnesium taurate or glycinate- see http://umm.Edu/health/medical/altmed/condition/migraine-headache one study showed 25 mg of b6 with 2 mg of Folic Acid ; 400 mcg of B12 helps- see http://migraine.Com/migraine-treatment/natural-remedies/vitamin-b6-for-migraine-headaches/ b6 ; mag. Often work well together.
