Yes: Doxinate (similar to Diclegis in the US) is a safe remedy for nausea and vomiting of pregnancy. It's combination of vitamin B6 and doxylamine, a common sleep aid (Unisom). Both are available over-the-counter in the US, but the combination is prescription only. Drowsiness is a common side effect. Conservative measures such as dietary modification are recommended prior to medical treatment, though.
