1st trimester: Generally nausea and vomiting stops during the first trimester but has been known to rarely occur as long as the 3rd trimester but not as severe. Review management with your obstetrician and make sure you are remaining healthy and the baby is growing well. There are suggestions of how to minimize symptoms and if dehydration is a concern seek care in an ER.

Morning sickness: Pregnancy associated nausea usually lessens in the second trimester, but some women feel it their entire pregnancy. Some lucky women don't experience it at all!
