Several possible: Causes include nerve damage, post-operative healing effects of surgery, pain meds, hormone imbalances and you 'could' have any or all. Ask your doctor about this and perhaps you can find a solution. Also, there are about 2% of people who have this problem with no discovered cause - but your listed conditions, meds and procedures beg attention. Good luck w/ resolution.

Control: Loss of bowel and bladder control should prompt a doctor's visit and preferably a neurologist to rule out ms.
