Possibly...: In many instances the pain from a toothache can manifest itself in other areas of the face, head, and neck. Please see a local dentist to have that tooth examined and treated.

Toothache: If you have a toothache in your upper jaw you can get reffered pain on that side to your cheek. I woud encourage you to see a dentist to treat your toothache.

Probably: Probably. If you see a dentist and treat the tooth, the cheek pain should improve. It may be affecting the sinus on that side.
