A member asked:

I get extremely hot at night! are there any medical conditions that would cause this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

heat intolerance: It may be a good idea to check your thyroid; hyperthyroidism can do this, but usually in the context of tremors, irritability, palpitations, etc. As you fall asleep, your core body temp falls, and heat gets pushed out to the skin, giving a hot sensation, but this is usually temporary.
