I will suggest you discuss with your doctors as to what your diagnosis is, what if any treatment you need, and what the prognosis is. So make an appointment with your doctor to ask these question, never be afraid to ask questions from your doctors.

Ailments: It is difficult for even the best doctors to predict death - even with more information than you provided. Most likely your anxiety is affecting your overall well-being. Work on that aspect of it, ensure you sleep well and exercise and i thin you feel better. You are young and should be able to get over this.
