Should see surgeon.: Should see surgeon or dermatologist or podiatrist to evaluate. It could be a harmless hematoma that might cause nail to come off and resolve or it could be a melanoma and require surgery.

Hematoma: See a podiatrist to have it checked. It may be able to be drained.
