Could be , maybe not: Abdominal pain can be due to so many things; certainly menstrual cramps is one common cause. I would suggest that you keep a symptom diary. Every day, write down if you have abdominal pain, as well as any other information that might be helpful, like time of day, time of previous meal, dates of your menstrual cycle, what you were doing when the pain started, etc. Bring this info to your doctor.
