They are both accurate. I don’t understand exactly what you mean by accurate. I would discuss with your Dr and radiologist. What you want to know is which one is best predictor of having an aneurysm that may get larger. You may be able to get a copy of the MRI on disc and look at it yourself. With a radiologist I would suggest.
