A member asked:

Before 6 years i made electro fisiology study on my heart now again i have tahicardya for 140 bpm is there any chance this could happen again?

yes: Recurrence is common - occurs in 30-50% after a single ablation, over time. If your hr is persisting at 140, you should seek immediate care. If it resolved on it own, you could wait to see if it recurs since it took 6 years before this happened after your first ablation (if i'm understanding you correctly). Many people can be successfully treated with simple meds after an ablation to stay normal.
