Exercise ; good diet: If there is only one thing a person can do to improve his health and quality of life, a regular exercise program would be it . You should exercise about 3 -4 days a week for about 1 hr in each session. Adopting a mediterranean diet may also be a good idea. Be sure you take enough vitamin d3 supplement to keep your vitamin d level at the upper normal limit. Great personal relationship is a plus.
