Is it bad to get a second opinion. i feel like my orthopedic makes me feel like he could care less about my pain or what causing it.

No: Never feel bad about getting a second opinion, esp. If u feel the way u do. If one of my patients' asks about getting a 2nd opinion i encourage it! never hurts to get another opinion. If your ors discourages you from getting one; that is a red flag! just make sure you see a board certified ors with good recc's! good luck!

Second opinion: Don't even think twice about getting a second opinion. If your doctor is not making you feel comfortable with your medical condition, move on.
