Go generic...: You really don't need a name brand vitamin. Get one your teen will take - compliance is more important than name brand. I would recommend one gender specific - if it's for a girl, get a woman's vitamin, if a boy, one made for men's health. Make sure it's a multivitamin and then go with inexpensive rather than name brand. There is nothing special about name brand vitamins that makes them better.
