Not usual: Some people have a "hangover" after general anesthesia but it should be winding down by now. If you're still taking narcotics that could make you sleepy. If your heart is racing and you're woozy when you're up I suggest you get yourself checked in an ER or urgent care. If that's not the case, I'd still call your surgeon and discuss with her or the staff. Good luck.
