My 3 week old baby is all stuffed up he's snorting is there anything i can do to help him breath better?

Stuffed: Best to just use bulb suction to mechanically remove the gunk in his nostrils. Use a humidifier, which will help loosen it. Or you can put 1-2 drops of warm salt water into a nostril before aspirating.
