Family therapy: Based on your description, it sounds as though family therapy would be a good option to explore. If your family members do not wish to participate, you cannot make them do so. In that case, you might consider getting individual psychotherapy for your self. Find a reputable psychotherapist who specializes in family issues and individual psychotherapy as well, and call to make an appointment.
