Very delicate: Most microdermabrasion (but not all) use vacuum suction and pressure to drive crystals against the skin which are generally not recommended near the eye due to the delicate and thin skin that is prone to bruising as well as the potential for a foreign body and corneal abrasion. Fractionated therapies may be preferred.

Why do this?: I don't know what the problem you are trying to improve but microdermabrasion does not help dry skin.
