Syringomas: Syringoma are common benign harmless tumors which are often seen below lower eyelids and cheeks. Although, there are several treatment options available for syringoma, treatment is often not satisfactory. We should understand that despite any treatment, they can return back.

I do not think so: Steroids are often used after laser treatment to help reduce inflammation and the redness. They will not prevent syringomas.
