My husband has neuro foramen stenosis, right c2-c3 level. how are we going to do to treat this?

Physical therapy: There are 4 basic types of treatment for this condition: 1 medication. 2 physical therapy 3 injections. 4. Surgery. The only treatment shown to alter the course of the disease process is regular exercise/ physical therapy. Medications and injections are used to help control symptoms, surgery is used for progressive neurological deterioration or pain which cannot be controlled any other way.
