Maybe not. Maybe.: A woman with a 28-day cycle should expect her regular menstrual period at 14 days post-ovulation. So, spotting at 14 DPO might be a period, even though it's just spotting. She can check a urine pregnancy test at 21 DPO (a week from now), if no period of regular (not just spotting) menstrual flow happens.
