Hi! i had pink/brown spotting twice. first 31,second 38 days post termination. my cycles are 43 days avarage. what could cause the spotting? i checked my cervix is open. please help!

Sounds ok: Having some bleeding 4-6 weeks after a termination of pregnancy sounds fairly normal. One would expect the first period to be 3-6 weeks after. The first cycle is often a little “off.” Consider seeing an Obgyn for birth control to provide cycle regulation and to prevent pregnancy until you are ready.
