No: Genetics and nutrition determine your height. You are not going to be able to increase your height by pushing, pulling, kneeling, tap dancing or mixed martial arts. Your height is predetermined by your genes and then can be optimized with good nutrition and avoidance of drugs and chemicals that can inhibit growth - things like smoking, drinking, poor sleep habits etc.
