Yes, allergies: By the sound of your symptoms, i'd say you are allergic to something in the environment. You can try over the counter antihistamines for general sneezing, runny nose symptoms ; antihistamine eye drops for the itchy eye symptoms. The products Claritin (loratadine) (loratidine) ; zrytec(cetirizine) both have oral and eye drop formulas for your symptoms. Good luck.
