Takes time..: There are many reasons vision can be blurry following cataract surgery. Questions of importance are how blurry, is there associated pain etc.? If the surgery was only hours or a few days ago, there may only need to be some healing for the expected level of vision to settle in!

probably yes: Cataract surgery today, as amazing as it is, is still surgery. And your body needs to heal and recover. At 8 hours, your body is just starting the healing process. If the surgery went well, your vision should be fine within a week or two.
