Sleepy: What you're describing can be caused by a variety of problems ranging from depression, to exhaustion to a wide variety of medical conditions including kidney infection. Please go to your family doctor right away! don't mess around with this.

Sleepiness: Can mean a lot of things. A good history and exam is needed so if you have continued symptoms, see a local physician to be evaluated.
