Possible: Anything is possible including pregnancy. You didn't, however, mention missed period as the very first obvious sign of potential pregnancy. If that is part of your symptoms and you are freaking out and cannot wait until monday, do a pregnancy test. If negative but still in doubt, repeat in 2 weeks. If +, you know the answer.

See below: You can take an over the counter pregnancy as they are fairly accurate, but you may also have infection as the cramping and lower back pain sound worrisome for infection. Please if you can be seen sooner.
