It's possible that you might ovulate and get pregnant any day, but chances aren't very good. If you wish to get pregnant, see your doctor, who can help you to ovulate each month.

Yes: If you're having unprotected sex, it's always possible to get pregnant, even though periods are irregular. Having said that, 4 months without a period is concerning. Could be thyroid, pituitary, extremes of weight (thin/heavy), definitely want to see doctor and discuss, get exam, etc. If you don't want to be pregnant, a good way to regulate cycles is with birth control.
