Unlikely: Assume you mean janumet (sitagliptin and metformin) (a combination of two antidiabetic drugs). This material is usually very rapidly absorbed, but i always assume that anything is possible, so i never say never. Cannot tell what the material in your stool is, but if you take a specimen to the doctor perhaps it can be tested.
