means your eye : Socket is normal. Your orbit is the socket (or space) within the skull in which your eye sits. So all it says, is that your orbit or eye socket is unremarkable (that is normal).

Normal structures: This means that within the limits of resolution of the scan, that no abnormalities were detected. This means that whatever problems were suspected in the orbits, are not due to abnormaities of the anatomy of the orbital region.
