A member asked:

How is seborrheic dermatitis related with intestinal health?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably isn't.: Some alternative medicine advocates claim that there is a relationship between seborrheic dermatitis and intestinal yeast, such as candida. They advocate an "antifungal diet" (whatever that is) to treat it. This theory is dubious at best, and there is no credible scientific evidence that reducing any intestinal organism helps seborrheic dermatitis.
