SEBORRHEIC DERMATITI: Rx to remove scales from seborrheic dermatitis are: tar shampoo, 2 percent salicylic acid in olive oil, corticosteriod lotion, 2 percent Ketoconazole Cream or Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo used daily until dandruff is controlled, twice a week thereafter.
