Depression: You're not feeling well, despite normal blood tests. Depression can make you think very negatively about yourself. Also some types of anxiety (you list "hypochondria") can make you feel convinced something is physically wrong when this is not the case at all. A psychologist can help you -- thorough evaluation first, then any treatment needed. Sometimes meds from a psychiatrist can help too!.

is it depression: I suspect dr. Evil has been thorough. Could this be depression causing you to feel poorly. Depression can have somatic manifestations. Feeling bad for psychologic reasons. May want to sit down with your physician and carefully go through your symptoms.
