Yes and No: Morphine can depress nausea and vomiting through depression of appetite, slowing the digestive tract and, inhibiting gastric emptying. However, it is likely to depress breathing (or stop it) before you reached doses to specifically stop vomiting. Oth, a side effect of morphine is nausea and vomiting.
