Reaction to MSG: It sounds like he is having a reaction to the msg, similar to an allergic reaction, but his is expressed in rage. 30 minutes to 1 hour after ingesting the msg would be about the time that it is entering the blood stream. He should avoid msg until he sees his doctor for an evaluation.
