cyst of infection: Probably an infection but a urachal cyst is a possibility. Very unlikely this would be cancer. See your doctor.

Cyst: Likely a benign omphaomesenteric duct cyst...Remnant of umbilical cord. Not uncomon. Dicharge referred to a omphalorrhea. Consult a general surgeon for definitive diagnosis and don't think the worst. Urachal cancer is very unlikely.
