Yes: Sometimes, women will miss periods on birth control pills, but not regularly. Take a pregnancy test when you get to the end of the pack if you missed a few pills, and, even if you didn't. If negative and you're still worried, wait 5-7 days and take another test. If not pregnant by then, it's unlikely. Make sure to continue the pills however, as they won't harm a pregnancy.
