Unlikely: It is not likely that you would be pregnant, but it would be too soon to tell with the implant out only one week. Recheck the pregnancy test in one week.

not likely: A pregnancy test won't be positive until about 2 weeks after conception. Since your implant was removed 1 week ago, you couldn't be more than 1 week pregnant, too early for a test. Slight bleeding is rarely a sign of pregnancy. Missing a period is the usual sign of pregnancy.
