Why does my fingertips under my nail is lighter than the rest of my hand?

Maybe normal.: If the skin under your nails is only slightly lighter than elsewhere it is probably normal. If it is significantly lighter you might have an anemia or other internal situation. Let your doctor evaluate you, just to be safe.
