I have had ear pain, pimples in my ear canals and wetness in them too and its been about 3 months now. could it be something serious?

A few questions: How long has it been since the last time you cleaned your ears? When you say wetness do you mean ear wax? Also pimples can develop in your ear so i wouldn't worry to much about it, but if you have been cleaning your ears properly then i would go see a doctor.
