Try to run..: Listen to what your body tells you. If you have the energy to run, go ahead. Running will raise your core body temp similar to what a fever does. It will actually help to defeat the virus causing a cold! but, if you feel too tired to run, don't. This suggests your body is depleted of energy reserves. Resupply with some carbs first.
