Yes, likely: Geodon (ziprasidone) causes far less elevation of prolactin which causes your gynecomastia than does zyprexa. Switching from Geodon (ziprasidone) to zyprexa would therefore is been the cause of your gynecomastia returning. Discuss this with your psychiatrist. Best wishes.
